At MusFit Gym, we value your trust and are committed to maintaining transparency in our services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which you may cancel your membership, classes, or other services and how refunds (if applicable) will be processed.
1. Membership Cancellations
Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be put on hold unless otherwise specified in the membership plan.
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or at the front desk.
Short-term memberships (monthly/quarterly) are non-refundable once payment is made.
Long-term memberships (6 months or annual) may be eligible for partial refunds only in exceptional cases (medical conditions, relocation, or emergencies) with valid proof.
2. Martial Arts & Group Classes
Class bookings are confirmed only after full payment.
If you cancel before the first class, you may request a full refund.
Once classes have started, no refunds will be issued for missed or unattended sessions.
In case a class is canceled by MusFit Gym (due to trainer unavailability or unforeseen circumstances), members will be offered a replacement class or credit.
3. Personal Training Sessions
Personal training packages must be used within the validity period.
Sessions canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will be counted as used.
Refunds will not be issued once a training package has started.
4. Online Coaching Programs
Payments for diet plans, workout routines, or virtual coaching are non-refundable once the program has been shared.
Rescheduling is allowed but subject to trainer availability.
5. Events, Workshops & Special Programs
Advance bookings for workshops or events are refundable if canceled at least 48 hours prior to the start.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
Any transaction fees or third-party charges (e.g., payment gateway fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Non-Refundable Fees
Registration fees, joining fees, and administrative charges (if applicable) are strictly non-refundable.
8. Policy Updates
MusFit Gym reserves the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. All updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
