At MusFit Gym, we strive to provide our members and customers with a seamless experience not only in fitness but also in purchasing our products and merchandise. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, and related terms.

1. Applicability

This policy applies to:
  • Gym merchandise (t-shirts, bottles, accessories, etc.)
  • Fitness equipment sold through MusFit Gym
  • Supplements and nutrition products (if offered online or offline)
  • 2. Shipping Locations

    We currently deliver within India only.
    Delivery to remote areas may be subject to availability of courier partners.

    3. Delivery Timelines

    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment.
    Standard delivery times: 5–7 business days for most locations in India.
    Remote or rural areas may take up to 10–12 business days.
    In case of delays beyond the estimated time, our team will notify you via phone or email.

    4. Shipping Charges

    Shipping charges may vary based on product weight, size, and delivery location.
    Any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
    Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or orders above a certain value.

    5. Order Tracking

    Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
    You can use this link to track the status of your delivery.

    6. Delivery Attempts

    Our courier partners will attempt delivery two (2) times at the provided address.
    If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the product will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

    7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    You may be required to provide photos or videos as proof.
    Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

    8. Non-Delivery

    MusFit Gym is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability.
    Please ensure accurate address details at the time of placing the order.

    9. Policy Updates

    We reserve the right to modify or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on our website.
